The problem

Every CRM asks you to adapt to it. You open screens, drag cards, fill fields, navigate menus — and the software sits between you and the sale. The more complete the CRM, the more time the team spends feeding the CRM instead of selling.

The approach

CRM Copilot flips the relationship. The primary interface is a conversation. You say what you want — “update the developer's deal, set a follow-up for Friday, and send me a summary of the stalled leads” — and AI agents execute each part, chaining the right tools underneath.

The CRM stops being a place where you log work. It becomes the place where work happens.

What it does

The traditional screens are still there for whoever wants them — pipeline, contacts, reports. But most of the operation becomes driven by natural language, with the agents handling the boring part: moving stages, writing, reminding, summarizing, and cross-referencing data.

Highlights
  1. 01
    Tool-using agents
Each agent knows which actions it can take in the pipeline and executes them in sequence.
  2. 02
    Conversational interface
The chat is the dashboard: ask, review and confirm without switching context.
  3. 03
    Screens when they matter
Visual pipeline views remain available for decisions and auditing.
