The idea

A big part of first contact with a lead is repetitive: confirm interest, understand the need, check availability, book a call. Important work, but predictable — exactly the kind of thing AI voice can already handle well, freeing the human team for when the conversation gets interesting.

Why it's back

VoiceLab was shelved once: latency and naturalness weren't there. The new generation of voice models changed that math. The question stopped being “can it sound human?” and became “where does this create the most value without sounding robotic?”.

Voice is the oldest interface there is. When AI learns to use it well, it disappears — and that's the goal.

What's being explored

The focus right now is finding the niches where AI voice is clearly better than a form or a text bot — and where the handoff to a human happens cleanly, with context, without the customer having to repeat themselves.

Exploration fronts
  1. 01
    Inbound support
Receive, understand and resolve or route — no queue, no business hours.
  2. 02
    Lead qualification
A short conversation that separates the curious from the buyer before a human steps in.
  3. 03
    Handoff with context
When it hands to the team, it hands a summary — the customer doesn't start over.
